Please make sure you are familiar with our return and exchange policy before you make a purchase on our online store.

WE OFFER AUSPOST RETURNS

If you choose to return a purchased product because you have changed your mind or it doesn't fit quite right, you will be charged a fee which is charged by AusPost to cover the cost of shipping and handling. Returns can only be lodged within 21 days from the purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags. Hats must be returned with care and there must be no creases in hats that are returned. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I QUALIFY FOR A RETURNED ITEM?

If your order qualifies for return then you have the choice of the following three options:

1. Replace it with a new product from the online store
2. Get a store credit
3. Get a refund

OTHER DETAILS:

Sale items are not eligible to be returned.

Returning returned items is not allowed
